Exams (Paper & Pen) are held at the campuses of Tourism Training Institute at: 1245 West Broadway, Vancouver All questions on the exam are based on the material in this guide. The exam is comprised of 50 multiple choice questions and takes a maximum of 90 minutes. The Study Guide and registration form is available below.
Individuals outside the Lower Mainland may still write the exam at any time in a proctored environment. Please contact Global Education for a proctor list at 604-736-7008 ext. 300. When a proctor and time for the exam have been arranged, registrants should
register with us at least 10 business days prior to the exam sitting.
There is an additional $29.00 courier fee for exams held outside the
Lower Mainland. This fee applies only to the exam sitting and not to
individual agents, so agents can save money by writing in a group or
writing the exam online. Out-of-town agents also have the option of
writing their exams in Vancouver & Surrey on the scheduled exam
